“I was very excited to order this product for my nephew. After scheduling a delivery date, however, the order never arrived as promises.
I emailed several times to ask if I could track the order or reschedule the delivery, especially since I was going to be leaving town and would no longer be there to receive it.The scheduled delivery date was July 30th, and I never received a response to any of my emails.
The cookie dough ultimately arrived two days later, without any notice, and was left sitting outside. Unfortunately, by that point, my nephew was never able to enjoy it.
I’m disappointed with the lack of communication and would appreciate a response and a resolution, including a refund or replacement.”

“The cookie dough did not arrive in a condition that could reasonably be considered safe or acceptable for consumption. The package arrived at room temperature and no longer cold, creating a legitimate food safety concern. When I expressed my concern, they blamed me for not chosing a more expedited shipping (which would have cost over $100). If standard shipping cannot reliably deliver the company’s product in edible condition — particularly when that shipping option is offered by the company as part of its free shipping threshold — that risk should not fall on the customer. The company has appaling customer service and did not answer my repeated emails or polite requests for communication, nor did they make any effort to remedy their extremely dangerous food safety mistake.”
