“PLEASE BE AWARE THIS REQUIRES THE ADDITIONAL PURCHASE OF A SPECIAL EXTENSION CABLE AT A COST OF BETWEEN £178.00-£275 EACH. The Heater is Great, and on the face of it we got a good deal, but it's dissapointing we weren't told at the point of Sale about the additional components required, which pushed the total cost beyond £700!!!.”

We would like to clarify for future customers that this unit is clearly specified as not including a cable at the point of sale. This is stated in the product description, and the product images also show the connection port where the appropriate cable is fitted, so buyers can see in advance that a separate cable is required. It is also important to note that the cable does not cost £178–£275 as stated. Compatible extension cables for this unit are readily available online, including on Amazon, for approximately £91. We always aim to be transparent in our listings and regret any disappointment caused, but the requirement for a separate cable is clearly communicated before purchase.
