“Preparation was ok, fat & tubes into one pan, chunks of muscle into the slow cooker along with root veg & onions, for 6 hours. Then added red wine leftovers & garlic, & dumplings, for another 45 mins. A generous & richly flavoured meal for 6, & even a tasty jar of boiled & chopped bits to enhance the dog's dinner for a few days.”

“lovely. Not something I had come across much before. Tasty, meaty and surprisingly short cooking time ( I sort of assumed it would need hours, not sure why). Bought it for the dogs originally, but they were hugely disappointed that not all of it went their way..................”

“I ordered 3 Ox Hearts, one was missing from my order, and the weight of one of the 2 that I received was way too small for what it should have been. After having a conversation with them they told me that it was on its way, but twice were let down, because they were damaged before getting to me.”

“If you are sitting on the fence about whether to try organ meats then I would urge you to give it a try - cooked properly it is absolutely delicious... A rich and hearty (excuse the pun) taste - just as good as steak and for the price you get a several servings.”
