“I've never eaten a rack of Mutton before and it was lovely! After I cooked the meat I was surprised at how different it was than goat I've eaten before. It tasted fresh and rich in flavour.”

“These are in the freezer at the moment. They seem extremely small - more bone than meat, so are not really sure what we will do with them, but to make a meal will need a lot of vegetables to pad it out”
