“I am sorry to say that the Organic Pork Loin was a huge disappointment. Our order for the previous week was cancelled by yourselves due to non availability of Pork Leg as ordered.So we accepted Loin for delivery the following week ie Friday 10th Nov. This joint contained over 1 inch of pure fat which when cooked the joint was barly enough for 3 people. I realise there is a fat content but this amount is unacceptable. The Lamb and chicken deliveries were very acceptable. I would appreciate your response to this.”
