If you love a rasher of bacon but want to keep the fat to a minimum, back bacon is a good choice. The loin meat is the leanest on the pig so is lower in calories than streaky. It's also a great way to get protein and a big punch of flavour into meals without needing to use a huge amount of meat. We cure our bacon with just four organic ingredients: sea salt, bay, juniper and black pepper. So it's chemical free and totally natural.
