“Didn't place a large order. We learnt from past experience with other suppliers that this is a mistake. Used part of our first order today, have to be honest and say we were desperately disappointed. They are not cheap, so expected much better. No taste of Pork to notice, texture was o.k. just didn't have any flavour! As these were advertised as being in natural casings, I hoped for much more than we received. Not really surprised, as we have lost count of how many organic farms, I have bought from over the last three or four years, all of which promise excellent taste and 'food as it used to be' etc, etc, only to be bitterly disappointed. We have a Free Range Chicken to try yet, and I just hope that it tastes of 'Chicken as it used to be' as one previous reviewer stated.”

“Delicious flavour. These sausages hold their shape and size - and don't spit! Good value for money; although a bit more expensive than supermarket sausages, these are organic, and well worth the extra.”
