“When it comes to bacon I have extra extremely high standards. We are talking full on high maintenance expectations :) Gotta be streaky, gotta be organic and gotta be nitrate free. And then ... after all that... it's got to taste spot on and crisp up beautifully releasing no water into the pan just glorious bacon fat to scramble your eggs in”
