“This is excellent pork, very well butchered, so there is plenty of meat, and it's full of flavour. It's so rare to find pork that doesn't taste like cardboard! This is our third joint, and the quality has been consistent, so we'll be happy to order again.”

“This is the second shoulder of pork we've had, and both have been excellent. We slow roast the joint, and it comes out tender and full of flavour. A million miles from the stuff that looks and tastes like cardboard - well worth the extra money, and so good to know how well the animals are looked after too.”

“Had to scrape out a mass of gunk before I could carve it. Thrown in the same bin as the duck with the huge cyst and bruising down one side.”
