“First time we bought a gammon from CF and it won't be the last. I'd recommend soaking it before cooking (which I didn't do) as it's pretty salty. Once I'd remedied the saltiness post-cooking we enjoyed a very good, tasty, succulent bit of meat.”

“The unsmoked gammon is delicious but I would have appreciated basic cooking instructions as I may have overcooked it slightly. Good to find gammon with no additives.”
