“An old fashioned style roast really enjoyed by my old in laws. Arrives Medium rare so any heating up will produce Well Done. Pouring hot gravy and a slight warming produces medium to rare. This cut is a grainy meat. Excellent for some tastes and really easy to make quick dinner. However my kids and us like our meat rare to medium rare and prefer the sirlion on the bone, rump or quick cooked fillet as a roast.”
