“I baked these surrounded with vegetables and garlic, rosemary and thyme. I also threw in some left over cooked lamb bacon. The whole meal was delicious!”

“Used them in the most basic of lamb casseroles, used the last of the potatoes (we are still not going out), some carrots, whole shallots, parsley and rosemary from the garden and stock, cooked on low for 2 hours. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. Full of flavour. Yum. Recommend.”
