“I have had sirloin before and this joint fell short of my expectations. Was tough and the fat was hard despite cooking it as normally do.”

“The meat was tasty and succulent, and it was just as good the next day when cold. Nonetheless, it was not the best sirloin we have ever had, and for the price we had expected a premium product that would be truly memorable.”
