“I was a bit worried about cooking a 3kg gammon joint for our Boxing Day crowd as I’d never cooked one before! Eek. How long to defrost? Should I soak it first? Lots of anxiety. Luckily for me I found Nigella’s Recipe for slow baked ham. It went in to the oven after our lunch on Christmas Day and stayed there undisturbed until mid morning. It was perfect. Thoroughly delicious, not salty, just tender and full of flavour. The highlight of our Christmas eating actually. Wonderful!”

“Just remember this is proper ham so NOT pink when cooked. Tasty and so good to know not full artificial and nitrate muck. Good old fashioned ham.”

“This is easily the most delicious gammon we have ever had. The cooking instructions were a great help and it turned out perfectly. Moist, flavoursome and ORGANIC. Couldn't have been better!”
