“Wonderful flavour, we used every scrap of meat then I used the bones with onion and mushrooms to make stock, that was so good I split half off to make chicken and mushroom soup. The best flavour chicken and it worked out at £1per person for each meal plus we have great stock for gravy. Excellent.”
