“Beautiful, moist delicious meat. We had it instead of turkey on Christmas Day and both my husband and daughter remarked how delicious it was...I hadn’t done anything special to it other than how I normally roast chicken by loosening the breast skin and putting some butter between the skin and breast and half a lemon in the cavity. Delicious leftovers used in sandwiches and Katsu curry . I will definitely reorder a chicken. We have some other products in the freezer waiting to try out first though. We don’t eat tonnes of meat , so we’d rather have good quality properly reared meat than the various alternatives.”
