“Excellent chicken. I slow-cooked and it didn’t shrink at all. The flavour with the stock from the bones was so robust, that I needed very few ingredients to ‘jazz it up’.”

“Meat was firm and succulent. The skin was solid and held together (not easy to tear like supermarket chickens) and tasted like chicken. Yes, that last statement says it all... It was more chickeny than a chicken you would get from the supermarket!! You'll understand once you try it!”
