“These were used to make a lovely chicken curry with spinach and cranberries (very seasonal). Again, I cooked the chicken from frozen, gently in a pan with some olive oil. I rubbed spices into the meat as it thawed in the pan and then added a sauce and shredded the chicken when it was thoroughly cooked and simmered gently with the spinach and cranberries.. Much better than a take-away!”
