“More than enough for 2 people but much chewier than rib eye - probably needs a good bat before cooking to tenderise”

Hi Our bavette steak can have slightly more bite to it than the rib eye as it is a hard working muscle within the body. I like to cook mine slower on a medium heat to 72 degrees and then let it rest in foil for 10 mins so it doesn't get tough. the bavette has a lot of flavour and is totally yummy, apologies you did not enjoy enjoy your bavette i will pass your information onto the wider team.
