“I am completely satisfied with the chicken necks, the only negative point for me is their length, I would prefer they were cut in half, about 10 cm max. I cooked them in stew with onions and will certainly order them again. A small note concerns the cost, which is really very high. As an Italian, I wish I could also find turkey necks, which are cheap and good, but it seems that this is not possible.”

“I cooked chicken broth using chicken necks and feet. All the goodness from bones, joints and cartilages was transferred to my broth. The result was sublime! I absolutely recommend them.”
