“The Goose was superb and delisious. I was a little shocked by the amount of plastic ice packs that were in with it with the use of so eco solution for keeping cool like riverford use it would have been perfect.”

“The bird we accepted was 4kg as 5.5kg was unexpectedly unavailable but it was good. It was well prepared, had great taste, good texture and more than enough meat for our needs. And the fat produced will make crispy roast veg for a long time.”
