“Marinaded Moroccan-style for 24 hours, then slow roasted for four hours, left to sit for about a half hour, served with roasted vegetables, all oozing and unctuous and then devoured with relish by all. What a superb piece of meat! We will be back for more.”

“I cooked the shoulder of goat for 4 hours in a slow oven after rubbing with Lebanese spice combo and chopped up preserved lemons. It was SUPERB. My only complaint is that it is now out of stock and can't get a reply to email enquiring when it will be available again!”
