“This was the first time we tried goat liver - if you like liver you will love it. If you're not sure about liver, then goats liver might convert you. Tender and tasty, without being too strong, they were superb and I will be back for more.”

“Just as soft and tasty as calf or lamb liver, with far fewer tubes. Cooked for 1.5 minutes each side on a very hot cast iron pan.”
