“We love rabbit and so jumps at the chance to order a couple - one for the pot and one for the freezer. Not at all disappointed. The rabbits come whole (skinned, gutted and cleaned) but it was easy to butcher into portions. Cooked as a casserole on a low temp (140-150C fan oven) for about 3-4hours with lots of garlic, veggies, red wine, herbs and homemade chicken stock and it was delicious. Definitely recommend and will buy again.”

“Remember to take the offal out if you want it to taste not so gamey. Was tender and good in a hot pot with prunes ( takes the gaminess away)”

“Very tasty rabbits made into a pie from the new "The Pie Room" book. Lovely to have the liver and kidneys with the animal as these turned into a delicious pate.”
