These are nice sausages with a taste which reminds me of childhood sausages; however the meat does have a tendency to become rather dry when cooked. Presumably, this is due to the modern day trend of cutting out as much fat meat as possible?

At first I was impressed with the sausages, very little grease came out while cooking, but sadly they were very dry & no one enjoyed them.

I recently wrote a review praising the ‘old’ pork sausages and imploring you not to change the recipe. So what did you do? Hey presto, ‘new’ pork sausages, which are nowhere near as nice as the ‘old’ ones, they’re dry and fairly tasteless. What did you do? Bow to pressure to reduce fat and salt?
