“This is the second time that I have been asked to review this item. As said previously: The cooking instructions did not work for this roast. It was seeping a lot of blood and bloody watery liquid at the end of the recommended cooking time, having followed the method. I had to microwave the part to be eaten immediately then put the rest back unto the oven for at least 35 minutes. Was it actually a 3 bird roast? We could discern turkey and dark meat.”
