Cooked with mince as a meatloaf, adds extra flavour. A little too salty so brought to boil in cold water first removes saltiness.

I mixed this with minced chicken and Steenbergs stuffing to make a meat loaf, slow cooked for two hours. The gammon added a depth of flavour and was beautifully tender.

I made gammon and pineapple kebabs with these for a BBQ and found some of the pieces way too small to do anything with. I don't know if we overcooked it, but it was chewy in parts. On the plus side not salty at all, which is a big down side of gammon. Probably wouldn't buy again.
