“I used the recipe from your website for rose veal liver with prosciutto & onion sauce. It was really good. So pleased to have found a supplier of rose veal at last, as we love it. We haven't used the other cuts yet. No photo I'm afraid, as we dived straight in & forgot to take a picture”
