I am not happy with the last purchase despite me been a customer for some time ..This is the worst product / May be delivery time it took Chicken is soft and smelling and the pack is warm not even frozen Plus when I open the chock it smells Plus the tips of the wings which I like to eat and reason I buy wings have been CUT OFF? WHY I like to eat the tips o the wings ..not sure why it was cut off and the whole delivery is not good

This was new to me but with a few hints from googling I made a great amount of chicken soup. Really pleased. This is economical for anyone and delicious and sustainable. I have already bought again.

Cooked in Crockpot for 4 hours with sofritto. Clear stock ideal for soup (added the sofritto veg) & risotto. Enough meat from carcass to make risotto for 3, adding fresh chopped green pepper, a handful of sultanas, chopped spring onion, sunflower & pomegranite seeds. Or whatever needs using & would look pretty & appetising....
