“The ham we received was incredibly salty, and we do like salty, but even for us it was inedible. We had to think long and hard how we could process this ham further without bin it. Also, it had just a very faint taste of smokiness, not what we used to. So much care and effort goes into farming and producing good quality meat so I imagine the producer would be as disappointed as we were.”
