“Lovely lovely lamb, perfect for a stew. We cooked it in our Instant Pot for 20 minutes at high pressure along with carrots, potatoes and parsnips and some bone broth plus tomato puree and Worcestershire sauce (my mum's recipe). The result was delicious!”
