“This particular joint is amazing. I bought the larger joint after having a taster of the smaller version. It has such a rich flavour with a good amount of fat to baste it in. I simply rubbed all over with salt and English mustard and some olive oil and roasted to a medium. This particular cut makes fantastic roast but is also amazing for sandwiches afterwards. High recommend!”

“Nicely rolled we actually swapped topside for sirloin in the end as topside a bit too sanguine Seemed to take a long time to cook to medium Tasty beef”
