Very tough steak. I come from Texas and the steaks are to die for. I had great expectations but sadly no. Thanks for your help.

Was hesitant to try the dry age but I’m glad we did! Full of rich flavour and super tasty.

Never had a steak like it! Wanted to try this product as it had won an award and I hadn't heard of dry-aged before. Followed the cooking instructions and got a deliciously tender perfectly cooked steak!

Very sorry to be writing this as the steaks looked fab, but was very dissapointed. have been cooking steaks for over 35 years, so know how to cook them , they were lovely and pink after being rested, but were very tough, got feed up after a while and left it, spoilt the meal to be honest.
