Really tasty and after slow cooking it melted off the bone just like a good lamb shoulder should....... being pre frozen doesn’t seem to impair the flavour at all

Always tender, delicious and flavoursome meat. Outstanding quality and I would thoroughly recommend. I slow cook this with carrots, onion, garlic, herbs and red wine. The results are amazing.

Once again a fantastic joint of meat, with enough left over to make a really good shepherds pie! Yummy!!

Very tasty and tender lamb. I slow braised my shoulder overnight at 120 degrees following a Neil Rankin process, and then made his Lamb Shoulder Butter Masala - delicious.

I am writing this review without having tasted the lamb shoulder. We bought two as a gift for a Religious Community because they really enjoyed the same for Easter Sunday. They were not just being polite either - our son is in the Community and he would not want us to waste our money on anything mediocre. They unanimously agreed the shoulders were delicious.
