I was very happy with the bones, which I used for a broth on my slow cooker. I wished they had been cut smaller as they were huge. But other than that, they were great! I will be buying again very soon.

It's so difficult to get bones like these to make bone broth. I'm so glad I ordered from you. Loved getting my box of goodies.

Really brilliant!! The broth with these bones was perfect!! Very pleased to have found this website and hence source of grass fed beef.

Having previously purchased ready prepared bone broth, I thought I'd try making my own. A slow process but the end result was a triumph, yielding around 1& 1/2 litres of delicious jelly-like stock. Very impressed - high animal welfare, no nasties in your food, excellent packaging and a very nice company to deal with. What's not to like? One small point, personally I would have preferred ice packs with water which you can remove before disposal, rather than gel. Once you've met your requirements for picnic ice packs (which will be quite soon as I shall definitely be placing repeat orders!) it's rather heavy packaging to dispose of.

Just the knowledge alone of it being 100% organic, grass fed does it for me. Cooked down for 2 days and now blessed with a pure bounty of stock/broth.
