First class Frozen organic goose. The quality of the birds meat was superb - great taste and texture to the meat with the bonus of plenty of goose fat for roast potatoes. Delivered in robust but not overly bulky protective packaging. Order was taken and dispatched promptly - great service, great goose.

No more turkey for us at Christmas after enjoying and devouring this beautiful goose. Cooked properly, goose is a wonderful bird to roast and enjoy, and the quality of the one we bought from CF was the best I've ever had - gorgeous succulent and tender meat. Also, we now have a good stock of goose fat for future roast potatoes.

This was a massive hit with my family... had phone calls after to comment on it - I used the Jamie oliver spice rub after pricking it all over and pouring boiling water over it to start.. I cooked it on rack above a tray to catch goose fat just remember to remove the excess goose fat during cooking

Very tasty goose. Cooked beautifully. First bone broth already made from the goose leg and wing bones. Next batch awaits with the remaining carcass. Fat rendered and now stored in jars for use in cooking over the next few months. Nothing has gone to waste.
