“Delicious balance of rich taste, tender meet and crisp skin - one of our first and very enjoyable two households indoors meals - perfect for a celebration dinner and I'm still enjoying the soup based on stock made with the carcass - generous portions for 4 and three more meals with the leftovers (not including the soup) so good value too.”

“Very tasty and popular with children, I've found. There's a lot of meat on it; I like to cook it in a large casserole dish with the lid on, upsidedown for most of the cooking then drain the oil for gravy and cook it the right way up for the last 30 mins”

“Super tasty , we take the breasts off to pan fry for a separate meal and slow roast the legs with the carcass for another meal. The bones, we use to make a tasty broth - fantastic use of this lovely bird”

“We bought the duck for our Christmas dinner, it arrived as promised on the 21st of December well packaged and still thoroughly frozen. The duck was tremendous full of flavour and the giblets allowed for me to make a great gravy.”
