“It arrives perfectly sliced so no fiddling about. Leave in milk for an hour or so, drain, flour and into a pan for a few minutes. So soft, melting texture and gentle flavours. Perfect in sautéed onions and gravy with mash.”

“A very delicious and tender lamb liver, packed in bags of perfectly sized double portions (which I share with my English Bull dog Doris) was delivered in a box with ice bags inside to preserve it's freshness. The meat is delicious and tender, whether simply fried with salt and pepper, chopped up and fried with onions, lightly stewed with a dash of white wine and also a favorite of mine, grated from frozen into a frying pan of piping hot olive oil and fried for a few seconds to a crispy curl and served on top of mixed salad micro leaves, whichever way, a triumph. Excellent products, impeccable service. Highly recommended.”
