“This was delicious! Roasted for 40 minutes at 190C, rested 20 mins, it was pink, juicy, with wonderful flavour. Needs frequent basting. We'll buy this again. 1kg served 3 generously as a roast dinner, then sandwiches for 3 for lunch next day, so really good value for the quality.”
