“What a tasty, succulent piece of meat this turned out to be, left for 5-6 hours in a slow cooker with some red wine, onions and mushrooms it's divine, enough leftover for a delicious round of sandwiches. 10/10”

“The silverside-joint is fantastic for making a roast with but personally I use this joint to make burgers & stews, which always turn out amazingly with a great taste.”
