“Discovered the Farm online and having read reviews decided the duck would be perfect for an experimental Asian duck pie I’m making in a week or two. So far I’ve made the shredded crispy duck filling which nearly didn’t make it to the freezer it was so delicious! I moistened it with the duck sauce before freezing and am confident it will defrost perfectly when I use it.”
