“The beef spare ribs were very meaty and did not have much fat like some butcher's short ribs I have bought in the past. I cooked them in my slow cooker all day and the meat just fell off the bone. Delicious!”

“The first time I tried beef ribs I bought them at a supermarket but these organic ones were so very much better. I cooked them in my slow cooker and the meat just fell off the bone and was quite tender. Organic meat has so much more flavour I find.”
