“It was quite flavourful but chewy. Also the steaks I received were thin. As mentioned in my previous review, the meat arrived partially frozen so couldn’t the refreeze.”

“The steaks were outstanding. Having never tried retired dairy meat before we were keen to give this relatively new product a go and were amazed at how good it tasted. This is a far better way for a dairy cow to end its life and the quality of the meat was reflected in the years spent invested into the animal. Can’t recommend highly enough.”
