“Excellent quality made a delicious bone broth with them. How bone broth behaves is VERY telling! Many recipes mention skimming off froth throughout the process, but only poor quality / somewhat toxic bones will produce froth. Throughout the 12hrs of simmering there was not a hint of froth. Very impressed. Highly recommend them and would buy again.”
