“was Very disappointed with the amount of fat on the tenderloin. The picture clearly shows a piece of meat with no fat or at worst very little as you would expect with a tenderloin fillet but mine was very poorly trimmed and by the time I trimmed it myself was left with probably 250/300grams. The quality of the meat was great once trimmed and cooked but you don’t expect to pay this price for an untrimmed piece like I received.”
