“Will be ordering again! Best Xmas turkey we have ever had. We purchased a crown but instead of the directions of heating to 85C we took it out at 71C and left for 2 hours before cooking. First time ive ever eaten turkey again on boxing day and it tasted just as good as the day before.”

“It was delicious but was surprised that when it was delivered it was frozen after having a telephone call to say they could only deliver a few days before Christmas as the turkey was fresh??”
