“Thank got I can eat bacon again . I have an allergy to chemicals added to food and a sugar intolerance so this bacon was like heaven to me . No Nitrates (which usually means a whole week of work if I consume nitrates) . The bacon was so much more tasty and real that shop bought bacon packed with chemical . I have not been able to eat anything smoked for 20 year and now I can .. Amazing”
