“Excellent. We made a delicious succulent braised venison casserole following a BBC Good Food recipe. We fed seven people, five of whom had to call and collect in keeping with Covid guidance. Usually, it would have been the centrepiece to our New Year's day family dinner but nevertheless served with our organic veg box produce we received warm plaudits from all parties. The venison was the star.”
