“Bit worried about beef liver if I would like it....... Well I did. I looked up on line how best to prepare, many people put the liver in milk to get rid of bitterness, but I put them in fresh lemon juice for few hours, then dusted them with coconut flour .....anyway look for yourself Dr Mercola recipies http://recipes.mercola.com/beef-liver-recipe.aspx”
