“This is superb. I marinate it overnight in a paste made up of garlic, paprika, harissa, rosemary, mustard powder and olive oil, then slow roast it for 3 hours or so, then rest it for a half hour before eating. It has a wonderful flavour and is tender and succulent. I keep going back to but more.”

“We really loved the taste of this lamb however, it came with excessive fat and we had to trim off 1/3 which was quite annoying!”
